Stream Chat Rules

  1. Refrain from advertising or recruiting (i.e. website, gaming communities, servers or any other products, ect.) unless given permission directly from Helgrind. 
  2. Any inappropriate language or arguing with anyone including moderators will not be tolerated.
  3. Do not post any pornographic, racist, political, religion, extremist, or illegal content.
  4. Ghosting my stream in any game I play will not be tolerated.

Stream Chat Procedures

  1. If anyone (including a moderator) has said or done anything that has made you uncomfortable, please let another moderator know so we can resolve the issue(s).

Stream Chat Consequences

  1. First offense: Timed out for 5 mins
  2. Second offense: Timed out for 30 mins and a warning
  3. Third offense: Timed out for 24 hours and a final warning
  4. Fourth offense: Banned

Stream Giveaway

To qualify for a giveaway you must meet the following requirements:

  1. Follower or Subscriber to the stream.
  2. Respond within one minute of your username being called. 
  3. Follow the giveaway instructions after winning to receive your reward. 

Stream Giveaway Procedures

  1. Once all users who want to join the giveaway have, Helgrind will use a program to randomly pull one of the users from the list. 
  2. Helgrind will say your name on stream and type it in chat to notify the winner.
  3. The winner has 1 minute to respond to the announcement that they won. If they do not respond,  another name will be chosen.
  4. The winner will receive instructions on how to claim their prize in their twitch direct message inbox. 

Discord/Community/Website Rules

  1. Treat others with respect.
  2. Do not post any pornographic, racist, political, religion, extremist, or illegal content (This includes avatars).
  3. No botting, advertising, recruiting, role playing,or spam posting (this includes website submission forms).
  4. Use the appropriate channel for posting and voice.
  5. Be mindful of people’s privacy.

Discord/Community/Website Procedures

  1. Minimize any background noises. If background noise interferes with discussion/gameplay, you will be required to switch to push to talk.
  2. If someone has a username you were already using, please contact a moderator.
  3. Misusing channels is unacceptable.
  4. If you have a meme, and you’re not sure whether it will offend someone do not post it.
  5. Please do not post screenshots of other players with their usernames displayed without their permission. 
  6. Refrain from using @helgrind reach out to a moderator if you have something important to say. 

Discord Consequences

  1. First offense: Warning
  2. Second offense: Moved to a private channel and addressed directly
  3. Third offense: Mute the user for an hour
  4. Fourth offense: Mute for a day
  5. Fifth offense: Ban

Community Consequences 

  1. First offense: Warning.
  2. Second offense: Addressed directly with you via the medium used for communication. 
  3. Third offense: Restricted access to the discord, website, other community services & servers, and stream chat for 1 hour.
  4. Fourth offense: Restricted access to the discord, website, other community services & servers, and stream chat for 24 hours.
  5. Fifth offense: Ban from the website, Discord, and stream chat. 

Zero Tolerance 

  1. Doxing a user
  2. Blatant intolerance (sexism, racism, homophobia, ect…)
  3. Threatening people
  4. Staff impersonation
  5. Botting

Note: A moderator has the discretion to escalate to higher consequences based on the severity of the offense. All consequences and decisions are final.
